Recruit to Retain- using behavior based interviewing and appropriate assessment tools as well as background checks, we help you select the candidates that not only excel, but compliment your team dynamic. 

Start them Right- building on your current system, we work to ensure your orientation and on-boarding programs embrace and engage new employees.  Looking at orientation as a long term process, not just the first day or week of employment, the orientation processes build employee involvement and commitment.

Develop current and future competencies and motivational interests-  managers are critical in the retention efforts.  Employees don’t leave companies, they leave their managers.  Making your managers ones that your employees will stick to like glue, management development is an individualized, long term commitment.  Our evaluation finds out what works best with each person and then shows you the steps to capitalize on it.
